Located in the rolling hills of Westminster, Maryland, the
Studio consists of a main room and an isolation room
both equipped with headphone monitoring throughout.
The main console is a Mackie D
XB mixing surface and
the core software program is Steinberg Nuendo 4.  A
variety of vintage equipment is available including RCA,
Reslo and Amperite ribbon microphones.  Analog or
Digital recording is available.

Location Recording
Location recording is available.  There is a minimum of
one hour billable for setup/transportation of equipment.

Studio & Location Recording Policies

A deposit will be required to confirm all bookings.  The deposit
shall be equal to 50% of the cost of the time booked.  Deposits
must be received before any firm dates are scheduled.
Notice of a client's intent to cancel or postpone a session must
be received seven days prior to the scheduled session.  If  
notice is not received, the client shall be liable for the cost of
one-half the time booked.  The client's deposit as stated above
will be applied in satisfaction of such liability.  Half the amount
of unused time booked will be charged to the client,
irrespective of the client's failure to arrive for a session on time
or in the event that the client must leave early, or the session is
completed before the booked time has expired.  
Payment in full for materials and fees is due and payable
immediately upon completion of said project, except for
duplication, which must be prepaid in full.  
All tapes, media, and hard drives stored by L. dB Audio shall
become property of the studio thirty days after completion of
the project.  L. dB Audio is not responsible for long-term
storage of a client's media, etc.
Client's assume all risks associated with storing , on the
premises of the studio, any and all audio recordings or
equipment of any kind and hold L. dB Audio harmless from any
and all damage that might occur to said articles for any reason.
 L. dB Audio's liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of
an unrecorded tape/media of comparable value.
L. dB Audio makes no warranties either expressed or implied
other than those contained herein.  Should L. dB Audio be
unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, L. dB
Audio warrants that it shall rebook such canceled session(s) at
another time that is mutually available to the studio and client.
Rates, policies, and equipment  may change without written
notice at any time.
